  1. USA: Standard shipping(USPS) - free; Express shipping - USD21.
  2. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, France, Mexico, Germany: standard shipping - USD5.5 (Free above USD75); Express shipping - USD21.
  3. Other countries: Express shipping - USD19
  • Orders above US$129 enjoy free express shipping for all shipping countries.
  • We don't ship to the regions/countries: Chile, Iceland, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Puerto Rico, Réunion Island and remote regions in some countries.
  • Shipping time:
Receiver country and the time orders are placed all affect the shipping time. Generally:

Standard shipping: 7-12 business days

Express shipping(DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx): 3-5 business days

In some rare circumstances and busy season like Christmas, New Year, etc ,it might take above 25 days via standard shipping as the custom and carrier facilities have heavy workload during this time. So please order and choose the shipping method accordingly!  

Returns:

Items that CAN'T be returned:

- Earrings or piercing items. For customer's hygiene and protection purposes, we don't accept piercing items return.

Items that CAN be returned:

- You receive a wrong item. Email us with title: "Wrong Item Received- Order ID"

- The item you think you receive is defective. Email us with title: "Defective Item Received - Order ID".

- We accept our customers return non-pierced items within 1 week of receiving the items.

When you return:

- The returned items should be in original condition, in original package, put in original gift box. And they should be sturdy wrapped in case of any damage during the delivery.

- A tracking number should be provided to us after shipping it back.

- Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
