1, How do I order?

- Click the item you'd like to purchase

- Select the quantity, size, color and "Add to your cart"/"Buy it now"

- Fill in your address, choose delivery method and payment method to check out.

2, What payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American express)

Note: We do not have any access to your Credit card or Debit card information.

3, Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please reach us at info@meideyajewelry.com within 12 hours your place the order. After 12 hours, orders can't be cancelled as they might have already been proceeded. 

Cancellation or exchanges during sale time is not allowed. 

4, How can I find my orders?

When you receive an order confirmation it means your order is accepted by us. We suggest you save the order confirmation for any future convenience. 

5, Why my order is rejected?

We may cancel or deny any orders for various reasons. For example, if the personal information you provided is incorrect or have a record for non-payment of debt.

Your order will be proceed until we receive the full payment.

 

Shipping:

1, What's the order processing time?

Orders are usually shipped out in 1-3 business days, depending on our workload. 

2, Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. 

3, How long does take to get my order?

Receiver country and the time orders are placed all affect the shipping time. Generally:

Standard shipping(EMS) : 7-15 business days

Express shipping(DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx): 3-5 business days

In some rare circumstances and busy season like Christmas, New Year, etc ,it might take above 25 days via standard shipping as the custom and carrier facilities have heavy workload during this time. So please order and choose the shipping method accordingly!  

4, Where is my order?

5, Why doesn't the tracking information update?

Once your package leaves our country, the tracking information won't be updated until the package passes your country's custom. When the bar code on the package is scanned, information is updated. 

6, Do I need to pay taxes in the order?

The prices shown on our website are the prices of the products, not including the taxes or duties. Also the local charges (currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees) may apply to you depending on where you live and the local laws & regulations. 

If taxes or duties required you to pay by local authorities, the postal company may reach out to you for more information such as tax ID for customs clearance.

For more taxes information, please contact your local customs office.

7, Why my package is bounced back to you.

There could be several reasons that your package is sent back to us:

- Receiver address is incorrect

- Receiver address is uncompleted

- Package is unclaimed in the office beyond the stipulated time.

If it's buyer's responsibility, you have to pay the extra shipping fee to ship it back to you. 

 Warranty:

Do you have warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, we do have one-year warranty on our stainless steel items. For other items made of material like sterling silver, brass are not covered. 

Our warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. However, it does not extend to issues arising from regular wear and tear or accidents outside of our standard returns and exchanges policy.

The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from everyday use (such as a bent ring or broken chain), damage from improper care or storage, or exposure to household chemicals, hygiene products like makeup or perfumes, and water. Discoloration of stones, threads, and damage caused by sweat or cooking, as well as prongs wearing out or stones lost due to normal wear, are also not included. Natural inclusions and imperfections in stones, or any modifications made by third parties not associated with Meideya Jewelry, are not covered. Please refer to our detailed care guide to maintain the beauty of your jewelry.

Refund:

1, We don't refund when the product is still in shipping.

2, We don't refund/cancel your order after 12 hours since you have made the purchase. As your order might have already been processed.

3, The shipping cost can't be refunded if the item is shipped, except wrong or defective items.
