Return & Exchange Policy:

30-Day Return Window: Items purchased from meideyajewelry.com may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returns must be authorized before being sent back to us.

Returned Items: Make sure the returned items (include gifts) are in the original condition (no worn or damage sign) and put them in the original package when you post.

Return shipping cost: We are happy to process refund or exchange for credit card, but we don't cover return shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost, and a tracking number of the return package should be provided after the package is post.  

Return time: Please return in 7 days after the return address is provided. Items returned after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Refund: After the returned package is received by our warehouse and the items condition is confirmed by our team, refunds will be issued based on the promotional discount that was applied to your order. It might take 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, which is based on the bank's processing time. 

Piercing items: For customers' hygiene concern, earrings or piercing items can't be returned. 

Fina Sale items: All Last Chance products and engraved/personalized jewelry are final sale at the time of purchase, and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Order Shipping Fee: As we have already paid the shipping fee to the shipping company, the order shipping fee is not refundable.
