Return Policy


If you want to cancel your order, please reach us at within 12 hours your place the order. After 12 hours, orders can't be cancelled as they might have already been proceeded. 

Cancellation or exchanges during sale time is not allowed. 


Items that CAN'T be returned:

- Earrings or piercing items. For customer's hygiene and protection purposes, we don't accept piercing items return.

- Engraved or personalized items

- Deep sale products, more than 30% off products

Items that CAN be returned:

- You receive a wrong item. Email us with title: "Wrong Item Received- Order ID"

- The item you think you receive is defective. Email us with title: "Defective Item Received - Order ID".

- You don't like the item or the item doesn't fit you.

- We accept our customers return non-pierced items within 30 days of receiving the items.

Note: Customers should bear the return/exchange shipping fee. How much the shipping fee is based on the shipping company customers choose to use.

When you return:

- The returned items should be in original condition (without signs of wear or damage), in original package, put in original gift box. And they should be sturdy wrapped in case of any damage during the delivery.

- A tracking number should be provided to us after shipping it back.

- Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and any possible custom fees.

1, We don't refund when the product is still in shipping.

2, We don't refund/cancel your order after 12 hours since you have made the purchase. As your order might have already been processed.

3, The shipping cost (especially express shipping fee) can't be refunded if the item is shipped, except wrong or defective items are received.
